At Welliawell, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, eligible Welliawell products purchased directly from Welliawell include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. Product-specific warranty terms, included product documentation, or terms clearly presented at the time of purchase may provide additional details or limitations for a particular item.
Where a product page, promotional page, order confirmation, or included product documentation provides specific warranty terms for a particular item, those product-specific terms will apply to that item. Otherwise, warranty claims will be reviewed under this Warranty Policy.

5. How to Start a Warranty Claim

Please do not send products back without prior review and instructions. Items sent without approval may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender.
If your claim is approved for return inspection, repair, or replacement handling, we will provide the next steps, including any applicable return instructions and shipping details.
6. Inspection and Claim Review
All warranty claims are subject to review and inspection.
In some cases, we may be able to evaluate the issue remotely using photos, videos, or other information you provide. In other cases, we may require the product to be returned for inspection before determining the appropriate resolution.
Approval of a warranty claim is not automatic and depends on:

7. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Unless otherwise stated for the item purchased:

Customers may be responsible for shipping the product to us for inspection or service

If a warranty claim is approved, we may cover the cost of shipping the repaired, replaced, or replacement item back to you, where appropriate

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit unless we provide the shipping label or otherwise expressly assume responsibility
We recommend using a trackable shipping method whenever you send an item at your own expense.
8. Replacement Products
If we provide a replacement product under this Warranty Policy, the replacement may be:

A comparable model or substitute if the original is unavailable
Where permitted and appropriate, a replacement may satisfy our warranty obligations in full.
Any replacement item may be covered for the remainder of the original applicable warranty period or for such period as required by law or stated in product-specific terms.
9. No Guarantee of Exact Match
Where a repair or replacement is offered, we do not guarantee the availability of the exact same color, packaging version, accessory bundle, or discontinued model.
If the original product is no longer available, we may provide a functionally comparable alternative, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
10. Damage in Transit or Upon Arrival
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@welliawell.com and include clear photos or videos where possible.
Issues identified upon delivery may be handled under our Refund Policy, replacement process, or warranty review process, depending on the circumstances and the applicable product terms.
11. Relationship to Returns and Refunds
This Warranty Policy is separate from our return and refund process.
Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery under our Refund Policy, subject to the return eligibility requirements stated there.

12. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welliawell and Vertex Commerce LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under this Warranty Policy shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the applicable express warranty period, if any.
