We currently offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. The contiguous United States includes the 48 connected U.S. states and Washington, DC.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau, or other remote locations unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, destination address, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.

Where a product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or included product documentation provides specific shipping terms for a particular item, those product-specific terms will apply to that item or order. Otherwise, shipping will be handled in accordance with this Shipping Policy.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, transit timing is primarily controlled by the carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is subject to carrier handling.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

  • Check with household members, building staff, or neighbors

  • Contact the carrier directly for additional delivery details
