1️⃣ Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order should be received within 3-7 business days, and you will receive an email notification when your order ships. Please check“Shipping Policy” for additional info.

How do I return the order?

You can return your order within 90 days from the time your place your order. Please refer to “Return Policy” for more details.

What’s the status of my order?

You can check the status on the "My Orders" page

Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages as well as the website on which you can trace your order at. Tracking information is also available on your Order Details page.

Note: If you can't find any information, please contact customer service email support@welliawell.com to get the latest order information!

Can I change my shipping address?

You can enter your shipping address when you are checking out your order. You don’t have the option to amend it if the order is already confirmed, in this case, please contact the customer service team immediately at support@welliawell.com, because once your order is sent out, we will not be able to change the address, nor can we send you another package for free.

Can I edit or cancel the order?

If your order is confirmed, you cannot edit or cancel the order by yourself. If you want to cancel the order within 24 after placing the order, please contact us at support@welliawell.com, we will edit or cancel your order for you. If your order is in process and has not been sent yet, there will be no charge. But if your order has been sent, you cannot cancel the order, because for us, intercepting express delivery in the middle will be very troublesome, and we will also bear the loss of freight.

Items are missing from my order, what can I do?

Split shipped: please check your order whether it has not been split shipped, please contact our customer service.

Parcel damaged: the package seems modified or damaged and items may have fallen out, and there is still something missing if you have checked, take photos of what has arrived and tell us what is missing via email.

On rare occasions, an item or part of the accessories may be missed during packaging, please take photos of what you received and tell us the missing parts by email.

Note: our customer service email address is support@welliawell.com, please including your order number along with the problems you meet in the email so that we can help you better and faster.

Received incorrect item, what should I do?

Please take photos and send an email to support@welliawell.com (don’t forget to tell us the order number), once our customer service confirms that an item is incorrect, we will refund you or send another item (if applicable and available). welliawell will determine whether you need to return the wrong product and will compensate for a return shipping fee after receiving the product.

Who is Welliawell for?

Welliawell is a registered medical device, designed to be safe and effective for most people. It's ideal for those looking to relieve leg aches and pains, including cramp, tiredness, heaviness, and swelling.

What is the Welliawell Massager & how does it work?

Welliawell Massager is a drug-free solution for relieving foot & leg pain. It targets the root cause of your symptoms by using patented technology to stimulate your leg muscles and improve blood flow - providing effective, long-lasting relief.

What does Welliawell feel like & how often can I use it?

Welliawell creates a tingling sensation that gradually builds into a comfortable, pulsating rhythm as the program rotates through 12 unique electrical pulses. Most users quickly get used to the feeling, with many even finding it relaxing.

You may notice your leg muscles gently contracting, your toes twitching or your feet involuntarily rocking the Welliawell – these are all positive signs that your Massager is doing its job - helping relieve your leg pain!

We recommend using your Welliawell for 30 minutes a day, up to twice daily.

How soon can I expect to see results?

2 out of 3 Welliawell users saw an improvement in their symptoms in as little as two weeks.

How long does it usually take to experience relief?

For most people, it takes a few weeks of daily use of Welliawell, before they start to feel the benefit.

Ensure you familiarise yourself with the feeling of Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS). Start on Welliawell at a low intensity for 30 minutes a day for a few days. After a few days of familiarisation, use a higher intensity that provides a strong but comfortable calf muscle contraction.

How easy is it to use Welliawell massager?

Welliawell has been specifically designed to be used, at home, by people of all ages. The easy-to-read manual, as well as the remote control, makes the device very simple to operate and easy to use. Simply turn Welliawell on, place both feet on the pads, and set the intensity level - sit back, relax and let the device go to work.

Do you stand or sit to use the Welliawell massager?

Do not stand on the machine. Use only when sitting down. Place your bare feet on the foot pads. Use the remote control or the buttons on the device to switch it on and begin the program. You can then increase the intensity to the desired level. Sit back, relax and enjoy.

How far up the leg will the benefits extend?

For those using the Thigh Pads with their Welliawell massager, Welliawell helps stimulate and strengthen the quadricep muscles.

How heavy and big is it?

All Welliawell massager devices are designed to be portable, lightweight and easy to store. You can compare the width to a large dinner plate or a 12-inch record. The average weight is 1.5kg.

Does Welliawell Vibrate?

Welliawell is a registered medical device that uses Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to contract the muscles in the legs and feet. This feels like electrical impulses – it does not vibrate.

What are the top tips for getting the most out of my Welliawell?

Consistency is key: aim to use Welliawell every day for one or two 30-minute sessions.

Hydration: Being well hydrated has a big impact on your Welliawell massager. Welliawell uses Electrical Muscle Stimulation. Water is a conductor and therefore plays a part in ensuring you get the most out of your massager session. Apply moisturiser to the soles of the feet and consume a glass of water before each session for the best results.

Who can't use Welliawell?

Unfortunately, Welliawell is not suitable for everyone, and should not be used if:

• You have a pacemaker or implanted defibrillator (AICD)

• You are currently pregnant

• You are being treated for, or have symptoms of, an active Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) such as pain, swelling and tenderness, heavy ache, warm or red skin in the leg.

Welliawell is not suitable for single leg amputees. Having a metal implant does not prevent you from using Welliawell, however, you may feel stronger stimulation near the implant. If there's no pain, it's safe to use.

Do we have a customer support team for inquiries and assistance?

We have a customer support team available to assist with inquiries and provide assistance. You can reach out to them for help with any questions or issues you may have.

How to register for an extended warranty?

To extend your warranty, please enter your name, email, and order number in the provided link: https://www.welliawell.com/pages/warranty-register. Then you'll get an extra year of warranty service after you go through the application!

I'd like an extra accessory, how can I get it?

If your devices are still under warranty and have no repair, contact us and get one for free!

If your devices are still under warranty but have already been repaired or out of warranty, contact us and pay for it.
