At Welliawell, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item may be new, opened, or lightly used only for normal inspection or reasonable trial use. Returned items must be clean, safe, undamaged, complete with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any included components, and in returnable condition.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your request must meet the terms of this Refund Policy.

Eligible returns must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery

  • The item was purchased directly from Welliawell

  • The item is new, opened, or lightly used only for normal inspection or reasonable trial use

  • The item remains clean, safe, undamaged, complete, and in returnable condition

  • The item includes the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included components

  • You can provide your order number or proof of purchase

To review your request, we may require:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos or videos of the item and packaging

  • A short explanation of the reason for the return

We reserve the right to deny return requests that do not meet this Refund Policy or our fraud-prevention and abuse-prevention standards.

2. Product-Specific Terms

This Refund Policy applies to eligible purchases made directly from Welliawell.

Unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise for a specific item at the time of purchase, eligible returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items may be new, opened, or lightly used only for normal inspection or reasonable trial use, but they must remain clean, safe, undamaged, complete with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components, and in returnable condition.

Items marked final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return, except where required by law.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@welliawell.com before sending anything back.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos or videos, if applicable

Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be sent back in clean, safe, undamaged, complete, and returnable condition.

Returned items must include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included components.

Light use for normal inspection or reasonable trial use is allowed. However, returned items may be refused if they are:

  • Excessively used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Returned in an unsafe, unsanitary, or heavily worn condition

  • Missing parts, accessories, manuals, or included components not due to our error

  • Returned without the original packaging, unless the return is due to our error

  • Sent back without sufficient order information for identification

Original packaging is required for eligible returns unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by law, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items marked final sale or non-returnable

  • Items that have been excessively used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned in an unsafe or unsanitary condition

  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or included components, unless the issue is due to our error

Certain health, hygiene, or safety-sensitive items may also be subject to additional return restrictions depending on the item.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@welliawell.com and include your order number plus clear photos or videos, if possible.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a refund, store credit, replacement, or another suitable resolution based on the nature of the issue.

7. Return Shipping

Returns are handled by mail.

Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Unless the return is due to our error:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Expedited or paid shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Duties, taxes, or optional service fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending a return back to us.

8. Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing is typically completed within 10 business days after approval, although it may take additional time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to post the refund.

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible approved returns.

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Refunds cover the product purchase price only

  • Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, duties, taxes, or optional service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@welliawell.com.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, model, or variant, please request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

This does not limit our ability to provide a suitable resolution for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they enter processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. If the order has already shipped, any available return or refund option will be handled under this Refund Policy.

11. Refused Deliveries and Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, returned to sender, or left unclaimed, any refund or reshipment eligibility will depend on:

  • The reason for non-delivery

  • The carrier’s return outcome

  • Any shipping charges, handling costs, or carrier fees incurred

We reserve the right to deduct unrecoverable shipping, handling, or carrier-related fees where permitted and applicable.

12. Abuse Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, we reserve the right to limit or refuse returns, refunds, replacements, or related requests in cases involving suspected abuse, excessive return activity, fraud, or misuse of our policies.
