Designed Around Seated Use

A Clear Place for Both Feet

Six defined foot-contact regions organize the platform, while onboard and remote controls keep everyday adjustments within easy reach.

Six-Zone Foot Platform

Six defined foot-contact regions organize where both feet rest. They are physical contact areas across the platform, not independently controlled channels.

Care Beyond Your Feet

Some days, your feet are where you want the attention. On others, another suitable body area may fit the routine better. SoleGrid includes two pairs of reusable electrode pads so the same EMS/TENS system can be used beyond the foot platform when directed by the user manual. With proper care, each pad can typically be reused about 20–30 times.

How It Works

SoleGrid creates its stimulation experience with controlled electrical pulses delivered through skin contact. There are no rollers, kneading heads, or vibration—the sensation comes from adjustable EMS/TENS pulse patterns.

EMS — Electrical Muscle Stimulation

EMS uses controlled electrical pulses delivered through skin-contact electrodes. On SoleGrid, these pulses can be delivered through the foot platform or reusable body pads, depending on how the system is used.

TENS — Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation

TENS uses low-voltage electrical pulses delivered through the skin. The sensation is pulse-based and adjustable, rather than the mechanical pressure of rolling or kneading.

Adjustable Pulse Patterns

Choose from 10 preset modes or Cycle Mode, then adjust across 20 intensity levels. Start low and increase gradually until the sensation feels comfortable.

FAQ

Practical answers for setup, everyday use, troubleshooting, and safety.

Do I need to use it with bare feet?

Yes. Place both bare feet fully on the foot-contact areas. If your feet are very dry and you feel little stimulation, the user manual recommends slightly moistening the soles before use.

Where can I use the reusable electrode pads?

Use the pads only on suitable body areas and follow the placement guidance in the user manual. Do not place them on the head, face, neck, chest, over the heart, open wounds, or irritated skin.

How long does a session last?

Each session ends automatically after 30 minutes. The user manual advises no more than six 30-minute sessions per day, or an equivalent total use time.

What if I feel little or no stimulation?

First check that both bare feet have full contact with the platform and that the intensity has been raised above the starting level. Very dry skin can reduce conductivity, so slightly moistening the soles may improve contact.

How long can I reuse the electrode pads?

With proper cleaning and storage, the user manual states that each reusable electrode pad can typically be used about 20–30 times. Follow the manual for care and storage guidance.

Who should not use electrical stimulation?

Do not use SoleGrid if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device. If you are pregnant, under medical care, or unsure whether electrical stimulation is appropriate for you, consult a licensed healthcare professional before use. Do not use while driving, operating machinery, or during strenuous exercise. Keep the device away from children and follow the user manual.
